- Can the derived model be extended to other domains?
- Can it accommodate the changes at the development pace ruled by schedules?
- How will the changes be incorporated and when, where, who and which process will govern them?
- How will the test versions or the auto generated tests be maintained across releases?
- Measurements, metrics and evaluations. How will they drill down to requirements?
- How will the extra manually added testcases be maintained? What will be the carelessness Index on the same?
- Evolution of MBT specific processes. How will they sustain with the present development models, especially agile?
- How will MBT address the defect tracking activity?
- Will the metrics derived from this approach, uncover the gaps in the test activities?
- Finally, it would require a considerable investment in building the infrastructure that serves as an oracle for test generation. Will the stakeholders be ready to spend?
Quality to me is
"Synergistic phenomena experienced by the user(s) when the product or a service satisfies the requirements, achieves business goals, exceeds expectations, is incredibly usable with real-time servicing & updates, optimal performance and cost effective"

Model based Testing (MBT) - Model Definition
Bernhard Rumpe - Model-based
Testing of Object-Oriented Systems
§Model is defined
as a coherent piece of information, denoted in a diagrammatic or textual
notation that describes an abstraction of the desired system.
§Multiple models
can describe various aspects of the system. There can sub-models, as is the
case with test models
Dias Neto, A.C.; Subramanyan, R.; Vieira,
M. Travassos, G.H.
§Model describing
the system under test is usually an abstract, partial presentation of the
system under test's desired behaviour. This will form the abstract suite from
which an executable suite can be derived. This can also be used as a test
generator
