How to Export and Import Contacts on iPhone with Outlook

STEP I
1. Connect your device to iTunes, select your device
2. Go to the Info Tab
3. Check Sync Contacts to sync with Windows Contacts
4. From the Run window (Windows Key + R) Type wab and press OK
5. It will opne a new window. From the tool bar, choose Export->CSV-> Export->Browser to a location and Give a name ->Next->Select all the fields that you choose to export->Finish->ok

STEP II
1. Go To Outlook
2. File->Import->Import from another program or file->Next->Comma Separate Values Windows->Next->Browse and select the above created csv file->Choose appropriate options->Contacts->Next->Finish

STEP III
1. Connect your device to iTunes, select your device
2. Go to iTunes->Info Tab
2. Sync Contacts from outlook and press Apply button.
